My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Prostate cancer
Men's health

This Movember I am challenging myself to get outside and run or walk 5km each day, with a goal of 150km across the month. Exercise plays a huge role in improving and managing our mental and physical health and has been shown to be beneficial at all stages of life. Making this a daily habit is a key part to ensuring success, which is why I will be moving daily this Movember. Whether you are having a tough day, week or month, or navigating something major, like prostate cancer, exercise can be an amazing support for your body.

Why Movember?
We are all impacted by men’s health. I am committed to help improve the lives of men and the people around them. This past year I have seen and felt the ripple effect that poor men’s health can have on an individual, their partner and their community. I have also seen how things can shift when men are doing well. And the role that exercise can play in helping with that shift.

Working with people with prostate cancer for 20 years, I have seen the impact that this disease has on the men navigating it and their loved ones. 1.4 million men are diagnosed each year, a number that will double by 2040. We have so much work to do to improve outcomes and every dollar counts.

In my role at Movember as Global Director, Prostate Cancer I have the privilege of working with experts around the world who are dedicated to improving lives and catalysing change. Together, we are working hard to reduce the number of men dying from prostate cancer and improving the quality of life of those who are living with it. It's a big goal, but we are making progress and need all of your help to continue this mission.

To help raise money for this great cause, this year I am taking on the challenge of clocking 150km of running this month. It will be a challenge - but nothing compared to what people with cancer are facing each day.

Every dollar counts! Thanks for your support.
