I want to encourage men to talk openly about their struggles, seek help when they need it, and prioritize their health. By getting involved, I’m helping fund important research and programs that directly impact lives. Whether I’m growing a mustache, donating, or simply spreading the word, Movember gives me a chance to be part of a community that breaks down stigma, starts important conversations, and ultimately saves lives.
