My motivation

This year I’ve decided to take on the challenge of growing a mustache to spark conversations and raise funds for men’s health initiatives.
I’ve witnessed the impact of health challenges on my friends and family, a close friend battling cancer, a family member struggling with mental health and the stigma surrounding men’s well being, I’ve seen the toll it takes. Participating in Movember is my way of saying, “You are not alone” and driving positive change.
