My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health

As someone who has struggled in silence with both my physical and mental health, as well battled addiction problems to numb my pain for a large portion of my life. I want to do my part in helping make sure that everyone has access to readily available resourses that will educate and ecourage people to seek the help they need without fear of judgement.

I want people to know they are not alone! We all go through tough times and we all have our own story to tell. Having the courage to come forward and tell those stories is not a sign of weakness and it matters not what other people have to say. By telling these stories out loud we breakdown the walls that have been put in place, allow people in, and give the next person the chance to tell theirs by creating a safe environment to do so.

The month of Novmeber has become one of my favorite months of the year and I have began trying to treat every month of the year as I do this one. I quit drinking, smoking, and caffeine 5 years ago and Movmber has given me an outlet to channel my new found energy into something much more productive. I have met and connected with some tremendous people and am very grateful to be apart of the Movember team.

My only wish is that my friend Ryan was here to do this with me #8.
