It's the most wonderful time of year again, time to sport some facial hair to support mens mental and physical health!

Becoming a father this year has really changed my view on the world. I want to live in a world where my twins wont suffer in silence. I have chosen to use my moustache to support these two causes. This year I will also put my newly minted dad bod to work, attempting to cycle 10km for every $100 donated last year for a total of 110km by the end of the month!
