Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Prostate Cancer hits many and shows no mercy. Personally I am going to kick it off during this year's Movember and pledge to not only grow my Goatee but also lose weight, which lately has become a challenge in itself. I will pledge to reduce my weight by 10%, doesn't sound like much (it is!!) Let's kick this disease to the curb!!
