Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them.

I lost one of my best friends after his struggle with mental health and if by "growing a mo" raises awareness about the dangers and need for men to talk about their problems then the 30 days doing so will be worth it.

Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
