Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young. I'm choosing to put a particular focus on mental health. Men (and society) are generally shitty at talking about how they feel. Let's use Movember to recognize, acknowledge and work toward a healthier state of mind.
