Ready to challenge outdated ideas about masculinity? This Movember, I'm rocking the 'stache and inviting you to a powerful conversation about "Reimagining Masculinity in Society" on November 12th at 1:30 PM (MST) with Jake Stika, executive director of Next Gen Men and myself at Headversity HQ. This webinar is open to everyone! We'll be sharing stories about the pressures men face and exploring strategies to spark meaningful conversations to challenge unhealthy stereotypes that are often rooted in early childhood. Join us and gain valuable insights into building a healthier world, together!

Why I Movember: As a young boy, my papa, Russ was diagnosed with prostate cancer and would count himself as one of the lucky ones. Russ caught it early and received the treatment he needed to defeat the cancer in his body.

Russ spent years in retirement raising funds for prostate cancer research and could often be found volunteering at the local mall in Penticton, encouraging other men to get tested too.

Russ considered himself lucky. He got to spend 25 more years on this planet watching his children and grandchildren grow up. Russ' brothers, Eddy and Murray, both passed away due to prostate cancer and, unfortunately, did not have the same luck -- they found out too late.

I Movember to honour my papa, Russ, Eddy and Murray by encouraging men to live healthier lives for the betterment of society as a whole. Won't you join me and please donate to my campaign if you can.

Thanks for your support!
-Mark

Week 3 of the Finance Faceoff is well underway—you’re really investing in that Mo now! Whether it's appreciating in value like a well-diversified portfolio, or growing steadily like a long-term asset, you're seeing the returns on your effort.

Keep your growth compounding—a little grooming goes a long way in ensuring your Mo remains a solid, high-yield investment! Every hair is like a small deposit into the bigger picture of men’s health, and together, we’re making a wealth of difference.

Stay on track and reinvest your energy—you're building more than just a moustache; you're helping fund the future of men's health. Keep growing, moving, hosting, and Mo’ing your way to success!

Thank-you for your commitment and support.

We've now arrived at Movember 30 and everyone in this challenge should pause for a moment to reflect on an amazing job done, what can only be described as an epic 'stache and an impressive commitment to help change the face of men's health.

As Mo season is coming to a close, I want to flag that the leaderboards will officially close on Thursday, December 7th at 5 pm EST, marking the moment we crown our 2023 Movember champions of each challenge. While donations can still be received after this time, please note that they won't contribute to the leaderboard race.

Thanks for all you have done this year and will continue to do as we move forward.
