Mental health and suicide prevention
Prostate cancer

Friends, I'm back after a one-year hiatus. Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly with men in construction. Too many of us are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Help me stop men dying too young. Bonus is helping men survive prostate cancer... like me. Three years cancer free. Knock on wood.

I'm a prostate cancer survivor (+3 years), and firmly believe that early detection through regular prostate check-ups and PSA blood tests will safe your life. I'm supporting my sons Corey and Christian in hopes they do not have to endure what I have experienced, but thankful for my life partner Paula being my rock through it all.
