My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in mental health, and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.

We will be doing a Celebration of Life Golf tournament for our friend Christopher Narayan who has since passed. I hope all can help in any way possible we want to raise awareness that Men's mental health and all mental health is a serious issue and want to help and do our part.

I was deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Chris. For anyone struggling with mental health seek help, don’t suffer in silence, talk to someone it’s nothing to be ashamed of, I recently started seeing a counsellor and I can say first hand it does help.
