My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Hi folks,

I'm Graham and I'm prone to big ideas that sometimes work well...and sometimes don't.

This is one of those ideas. My original idea was to walk 5km daily as a personal challenge, raise a few bucks for a good cause and have fun doing it.

Somehow that idea quickly (VERY QUICKLY) morphed into committing myself to walking 150km in 30 days AND (hoping to) raise at least $1,000 doing it. Oh yeh, did I mention I was doing this while wearing my firefighting gear too? Because you know, why not make it REALLY difficult for myself?!?

There's a slight hiccup though; I'm an average guy, far from what you would call in peak shape and now I'm looking at rather big challenge ahead of myself.

Kind of like the average guy who just was diagnosed with prostate cancer or testicular cancer or the average guy who is battling through depression or any kind of mental illness.

It's a big challenge ahead. For them, for their family, for their friends, for everyone.

And now, we're all going to face these challenges together.

Thank-you for your commitment and support.

We've now arrived at Movember 30 and everyone in this challenge should pause for a moment to reflect on an amazing job done, what can only be described as an epic 'stache and an impressive commitment to help change the face of men's health.

As Mo season is coming to a close, I want to flag that the leaderboards will officially close on Thursday, December 7th at 5 pm EST, marking the moment we crown our 2023 Movember champions of each challenge. While donations can still be received after this time, please note that they won't contribute to the leaderboard race.

Thanks for all you have done this year and will continue to do as we move forward.
