My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

This year, I am exceptionally humbled to represent my class and the profession of pharmacy during Movember. This is a monthlong dedication and global initiative to stop men from dying too young, and the challenge of mental health truly hits home.

To my teammates who have suffered through the junior hockey life, I do this for you.

To my fellow students who have endured post-secondary education, I do this for you.

To my family and friends who struggle with mental health, I do this for you.

It is okay not to be okay.

This year, I’m growing my greasy Mo and participating in the highly coveted RxFactor talent show for all the dads, brothers, and sons in our lives. I'm raising funds and awareness this Movember and I need your help. Please consider donating to support men's health.

Thank-you for your commitment and support.

We've now arrived at Movember 30 and everyone in this challenge should pause for a moment to reflect on an amazing job done, what can only be described as an epic 'stache and an impressive commitment to help change the face of men's health.

As Mo season is coming to a close, I want to flag that the leaderboards will officially close on Thursday, December 7th at 5 pm EST, marking the moment we crown our 2023 Movember champions of each challenge. While donations can still be received after this time, please note that they won't contribute to the leaderboard race.

Thanks for all you have done this year and will continue to do as we move forward.
