My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Men have a suicide rate 3 times higher than women and are seeking health care far less too. For me, a healthy society means building a supportive community for both men and women. Therefore, I am running the NYC marathon 2023 and moving a 100 km this month to raise money for an organization that is committed to changing the health behaviour paradigms associated with masculinity while challenging myself through an activity that is going to test my mental and physical strength like never before. Hopefully, this will inspire my supporters to acknowledge my commitment and passion for this cause!
