To date, BrOmega's efforts have raised over $35,000 for the Movember foundation.

This year, we are stoked to announce our 2021 fundraising goal - $10,000. Alongside fundraising, we are committed to destigmatizing mental health, especially it's impact on anxiety, depression, suicide, and addiction in the trades. With the uncertainty of COVID-19 negatively impacting Canadians, stats show that those already experiencing poor mental health are 4 times more likely to report substance abuse since before the pandemic began - with young men disproportionately representing 31% of this group. Irrespective of the pandemic, the construction industry has maintained the highest occupational suicide rate in Canada for the past 20 years.

Our 2021 Movember Motivation goes beyond our fundraising goal - it's time to smash a statistic and talk about why men's mental health matters.
