My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

My dad, Kim White, spent much of his life battling depression and sadly passed away in August 2021 from suicide. I am fundraising this year to help raise funds and awareness for mental health issues and to stop men dying too young. My dad was a loving, entertaining and happy person who never let his depression stop him from being an amazing friend or father. I hope by raising awareness in his name we can take a step towards ending the stigma surrounding mental health struggles and help stop mental illness related deaths.
