Let's cut through the bullshit and start caring about our mental & physical health. We need to break the stigma and talk about how we're feeling, share with others and be open to listen to what people are going through. Be supportive of others and be supportive of yourself. Exercise regularly! Check your nuts for lumps! Eat a healthy diet and get checked if something isn't right! Donations are great but if you can't afford it, try do some (or all the things) of the things above.
