My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is terribly high, particularly in men. Too many men, like my friend Mark Woodward, are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence.
I need to do better in lots of ways, be a better friend, more in touch, when behaviour changes I won’t look away, I’ll ask and I’ll say I love you. Please stay.
