Back for a fifth year of Movember fun! It has been a busier than usual late summer and fall this year. I must admit that Movember has kind of snuck up on me this year. (Good thing I have a mustache already) That said I am going to do my best to move my sorry behind for 60K in support of men's health initiatives. MEN! don't ignore warning signs - pay attention to your body and get checked out! Or if you are feeling down or depressed, anxious or worried - reach out for help. Stay safe and support the cause!

Had to get rid of the old growth so I could start with a clean slate. Looking forward to rocking my 80's and 90's mustache only look. It's been a long time since I had a bare face!
