My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

We all need support, both in our daily lives and in our hardest moments. I am fortunate to have a strong support network - Movember works for those who don't. Over 20 million men have used their mental health resources in the past few years, which include over 1200 initiatives. These programs are life changing, and life saving.

Your donations make a world of difference to men in need, who have been told to toughen up and not show weakness. Movember is helping change this stigma - openness, honesty, and vulnerability about your health and emotions is not weakness. It takes incredible strength to accept help. Help those you love - reach out, start a conversation, and show them that you care. Together we can make a safer, more supportive world where men live longer.
