My motivation

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Movember isn’t just about growing a mustache (though we all look quite smashing if I do say so myself). Life can be tough, and a lot of guys feel like they have to handle it all alone. But the truth is, no one should have to keep things bottled up. Whether it’s stress, sadness, or just feeling off, there’s help out there, and it’s okay to reach out. This Movember, let’s remind the men in our lives that it’s strong to talk and that support is there when they need it. Growing a ‘stache is just the start—let’s grow the conversation.
