My motivation

Fundraising for cause areas including:

Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Earlier this year I had plans to train for the NYC Marathon as a member of Team Movember. While the race is no longer happening this November, in its place my new challenge is to run the equivalent distance every week of the month of November (42.2km a week).

Please consider helping Movember to continue to provide and enhance resources for men's physical and mental health by sponsoring one or more of my training runs or future race day!

The recovery run = 5km = $25
The speedy intervals run = 10km = $50
The long steady run = 15km = $75
The very long slow...did I say long? run = 25km = $125
Race day = 42.2km = $211

Please help me reach my fundraising goal of $5000!
