My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

For the past few years, I've seen how bad mental health has affected various people around me, including myself. I'll be growing a moustache this year and keeping active to fundraise money to support men's health and help people around the world to get the mental health support that they need.

"Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. The Movember Foundation is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030", and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.
