Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health

Time to do this again. In memory of a friend and colleague who lost his life to mental health a few years back, and for all the colleagues, brothers, sons, dads and men out there who may be struggling, and need to remember that it’s OK to reach out for help, and it’s OK to not be OK.


The Movember Foundation is the only global charity focused solely on men's health, so this Movember I'm getting on board. I'm raising funds to tackle some of the biggest health issues faced by men: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and poor mental health. Help me stop men dying too young.
