My motivation

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.

Mark your calendars: the leaderboards will officially close on Tuesday, December 10th, at 5 PM EST. That’s when we’ll announce the 2024 Great Canadian Fire Challenge Champion. Donations can still roll in after this deadline, but they won’t count toward the leaderboard standings.

Let’s finish strong and douse the flames of men's health challenges together. Thank you for being the firefighters behind this incredible movement!

We've now arrived at Movember 30 and everyone in this challenge should pause for a moment to reflect on an amazing job done, what can only be described as an epic 'stache and an impressive commitment to help change the face of men's health.

As Mo season is coming to a close, I want to flag that the leaderboards will officially close on Thursday, December 7th at 5 pm EST, marking the moment we crown our 2023 Movember champions of each challenge. While donations can still be received after this time, please note that they won't contribute to the leaderboard race.
