After 4 years with team Lip Carpets, I'd like to welcome you to the 5th round of Movember, this year as part of the Groundswell team. For those of you who have supported over the last 5 years, you have seen my moustache grow from basically nothing, to something but not a lot, to still not a lot, but probably still more than you wanted to see, to finally, what I can describe as nothing short of breathtaking.

Very important people have been very loosely quoted as saying:
"Ted Lasso has nothing on that bad boy"
" That's why he's my favourite son"
" Too bad we already cast The Rock for Black Atom"

But enough about the 'stache, we are here to talk about what the 'stache represents.

There are a lot of awesome things to experience in this world, and there's also some scary things. What we need to show everyone, including men, is that they are not alone. It can be tough, it can be confusing, it can be frustrating, and it can be sad and that's okay.

Everyone deserves to know that:

They have people who love them - because they do.

That they can go to therapy - and it shows strength.

That these feelings can be tough - but it's normal and you will get through them.

That they have so many incredible experiences to live - and it'll be amazing.

Let these beautiful 'staches serve as a reminder to be there for the men in your life and to continue to expand the conversation on men's mental health.
