My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

*F#*k, all Cancer.

*Prostate cancer is the second most common cancer in men worldwide. The Movember Foundation is working to halve the number of deaths and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.

***As well let's stop suicide, make it ok to be a manly man, that can talk about mental health with friends and family. We all struggle, struggling together does help, and talking does help.

***I'm always available for a “12-beer bottles” type conversation. That means if you are ever struggling and do not know how to start the conversation, show up at my house with 12 bottles beer and that’s the signal you are hurting. That starts the conversation.
