My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

I've been an annual supporter of the Movember campaign and a past fundraising participant (2012 -2015). So, why after five years away have I decided to participate actively as a fundraiser again? All of the causes the Movember campaign funds are worthy of support. But, mental health is my focus in 2021. The COVID-19 pandemic has tested everyone's mental health. Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Thanks for your support!
