My motivation

I am shaving off my beard and showing off my Mo to raise money and awareness for men's health!

People who know me can vouch that my 6+ year old beard has become part of my identity. I have no doubt I will be getting some reactions that I plan to turn into donations!

Men, myself included, are notoriously bad at talking about how we feel or reaching out for help when we need it because of the stigma that surrounds men's mental health. F@CK that stigma and reach out to a bro!
