Motivation

In August of 2022 we lost a friend that was very near and dear to our Hearts; Luke MacDonald. Luke may no longer be here with us but his contagious laugh and big heart will be something that lives on forever.

We wanted to take this opportunity to try and grow moustaches as beautiful as the one that once stood atop his larger than life smile and more importantly take this opportunity to shine a spotlight on mens mental health. Too often our men in society are told to “suck it up” or to “man up.” It is our hope that through initiatives like this we can bring more attention to mens mental health. We hope to encourage positive conversations and let men know that showing emotions is what makes us human.

We would really appreciate any donations that you could make in Luke’s honour. If you can’t donate, that’s fine too. Do us a favour and call up a friend you haven’t talked to in a while, tell a family member you love them, check in on your friends and family; even if you think they are doing fine. You never know when someone needs a buddy to talk to. Together we can end the stigma surrounding mens mental health and create a better world for all bros ❤️
