Ma motivation

Johnny and Alfie were two of my closest friends growing up in my secondary and teenage years. They are responsible for so many of the laughs and good times that I had growing up and could put a smile on anyone's face.
I'm so sad that they're still now with us and I want to do all that I can to prevent more people from losing their friends, family, and loved ones.

This year I'm going to embark on a big challenge to try and raise more money and awareness for the charity, Movember.

On Saturday 13th November I'm planning on riding my bike continuously from sunrise to sunset, around Richmond Park, all with the goal of raising money and awareness for this important charity.

Johnny & I used to spend every weekend riding our bikes together, so this feels like an appropriate challenge to raise awareness and remember them both.
It's going to be grim and difficult but the thought of those boys, and every other bro who may have struggled or be struggling with their mental health, will be spurring me along the whole way.
