This eve of All Saints Day, I'm back again with the same message as last year: get your Covid booster. And your flu shot. You don't want these viruses. I know the world is in serious trouble now, in Ukraine, Israel and let's not forget the wars in Africa. All wrong, but they're beyond our control as mere citizens. So, let's do our part for us, and don't let's be distracted from the more serious issues and diseases facing us men. Movember is the leading charity focused on men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them again. (Remember, I live with wolves, and it gets me out of the house.) Together we can make a difference for men's health. Please help me again this year to stop men dying too young.
