My Movember Challenge: The Triple Test of Whiskipline!

This Movember, I'm swapping easy routines for tough tests to raise funds and awareness for men's health. My goal is to prove that strength is built through discipline, patience and, and persistence — traits that make a great man, a great father, and a great teacher!

My 3 challenges:
1. The Food Challenge: Intermittent Fasting
The Whiskipline: I'm restricting my entire day’s caloric intake to a strict six-hour eating window (12:30 – 6:30PM).
The Goal: It's more than a diet; it's mind training. I'm challenging my brain to understand that I do not need to eat every single time I feel like it. It's a daily exercise in mental toughness and self-control.
2. The Focus Challenge: Learning to Juggle
The Whiskipline: Every single day, I'm dedicating time to learn a completely new, complicated skill: juggling.
The Goal: To model the value of consistency and concentration. If I can learn to keep three balls in the air, maybe I can learn to better manage the rest of life's chaos!
3. The Family Challenge: No Screens with B
The Whiskipline: Continuing a tradition for the 3rd year, I will be completely phone-free any time I am with Bromley.
The Goal: It's about savouring these fleeting years. Simple as that.

I was there and I think the dedication you showed all month not only on your juggling but your presence with the kids and fasting without slip up (I’ve been watching :)) is inspiring to everyone. Especially our kids. We love you so much - cheers to the second try with your all time record of 4 mins 40 you stud <3

Congratulations, Kyle!! And thank you so much for the donation! My wife just got back from a trek (on foot and in an atmospheric river!) to a gigantic billboard at the gateway to the Burrard Street bridge in downtown Vancouver. So happy to share this picture with you!!
