I am a mother, sister, wife, friend, and colleague to many amazing men that I care very deeply about.
Many of them still carry the mindset that because you are a man, you are strong and try to tough out when they are feeling off, whether it be physically, emotionally, or mentally.
When you take the time to listen, I think many would be surprised at how much some men suffer in silence.
To me, a sign of strength is seeking help when you need it. Talking to a medical professional, friend, a family member or colleague is OK, !!! We need to help get that message out there and create a safe space and environment where they feel comfortable doing just that.
Please help me support the causes that could affect the Awesome men in our lives!!
