Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them.

We lost my step brother to suicide in his thirties. After a long life of trauma, he thought, that was his only/best choice he had. My dad also suffered with mental health challenges and attempted to take his own life on a few occasions. Luckily, with love and support, he continues to move forward and overcome challenges on his journey with his mental fitness.

Sometimes we just need to know those around us care.

Help me stop men dying too young.
