I don't have a story to tell, but as I am aging I'm finding that lack of health-related information causes huge stress and fear, and obviously we'd be happier and healthier if we just communicated about our mental and physical health. In many cases I'm sure we don't even really know how. So, happy to be raising awareness and privileged to be supported by friends and family with my Movember campaign.

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
