Hey! I'm Kalil and I run with the Sober Striders & Team Wabi Sabi.

I'm motivated to fundraise for Movember because I deeply understand the silent struggle many men face with mental health. During university, despite a vibrant life filled with supportive friends, family, and career prospects, I constantly struggled with low self-esteem and emotional isolation. Speaking up and seeking help was a turning point for me, revealing the strength of community support. Movember and the warm guidance of mental health professionals showed me I wasn't alone. Running to Montreal is my way of getting the message out there that men don’t have to struggle alone and in silence. Let’s rally together for the men in our lives, for mental health and suicide prevention. Together, we can make a difference.
