Ma motivation

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. The Movember Foundation is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.

As someone who has been grinding through mental disorders most of my life, I hold this mo-tivation near and dear to my heart. Too many friends and family have been suffering for far too long, and this month it’s important to look to the men in your life and check in on them. Check in one everyone for that matter, but remember we choose this month to prop up the men in our lives and remind them that grinding it out is not the only option.
