I am back once again to grow a mo for a bro!

The Movember Foundation is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.

As a Firefighter our risk for cancers like prostate and testicular are over double that of average men. And having men in my family that have battled and beat prostate cancer, I know how important the research and support is!

Please help support KanaSTACHEkis Fire in making a difference in men's health. Weather you donate $1, $5 or $50; every bit helps us in taking action on men's health initiatives.

We've now arrived at Movember 30 and everyone in this challenge should pause for a moment to reflect on an amazing job done, what can only be described as an epic 'stache and an impressive commitment to help change the face of men's health.

As Mo season is coming to a close, I want to flag that the leaderboards will officially close on Thursday, December 7th at 5 pm EST, marking the moment we crown our 2023 Movember champions of each challenge. While donations can still be received after this time, please note that they won't contribute to the leaderboard race.

Thanks for all you have done this year and will continue to do as we move forward.

This years hat is a flex fit trucker style. Available in S/M or L/XL. Hats will be $40 with $10 from each going to support the Movember foundation. Let me know ASAP as quantities will be limited!
