Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, every minute, a man dies by suicide and in Canada, 75% of suicides are men. The impact of the stigma around mental illness contributes to this. I want to end the stigma around mental illness and encourage those that are struggling with their mental health to reach out and ask for help. I am a mental health professional and have dedicated my career to supporting and improving the lives of individuals living with a mental illness. My campaign is to help support Movember initiatives to continue to raise awareness around men’s mental health and suicide prevention. I want men to live healthier, happier, and longer lives. Together we can make a difference.
