A few years ago I streamed on Twitch throughout the month of November to raise nearly $1000 in support of men's physical and mental health! After a few years of struggling with energy in COVID and feeling a bit lost, I am ready to Mo again! I'm setting the lofty goal of $500 with plans of a larger fundraiser at the end of November! I would love all of the help I can get, regardless of whether it is a donation or any kind of support. Even getting yourself or a loved one to a doctor to get checked is a step in the right direction!

This is my 12th year helping out as many mo-bro's and mo-sista's as I can. It is a wonderful cause and I look forward to helping it for the rest of my life. Let's talk about Men's Health. I'm raising funds to tackle some of the biggest health issues faced by men: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and poor mental health. Help me stop men dying too young.

Despite the focus of prostate and testicular cancer for Movember that I have always support, their move towards also engaging in Men's Mental Health is what has me fighting the good fight. Coming from a background and stigma of never speaking about mental health and entering a career and vocation where my everyday is surrounded by supporting people through their mental health, I have seen enough men not want to TALK, regardless of how simple it is or how much it will help.

Coming from a sports and gaming background, many of my colleagues and close friends are men who are told it's not 'manly' to speak about their mental health - and I'm here to end that. For years I've repped a Movember sticker on my hockey mask and tried to break the stigma of hockey players staying quiet, and later I've brought it to the gaming world. I'm proud to support such a wonderful cause and I hope you'll join me as well.
