Poor physical health can lead to poor mental health as much as poor mental health can be cause for poor physical well-being. Movement RX is focused on the importance of physical activity and active living as a natural prescription for the challenges we suffer from.

In helping the Movember Foundation we can promote healthy lifestyles from a physical activity focus while offering hope to the many who are suffering by showing that we are all stronger than stigma.

This concept promotes emotional well-being and expands the spiritual growth that I believe make the principles of living a good life.

Mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health are fundamental tenets of living the good life and MOVEMENT RX provides platforms like Movember support to enable the many health benefits to be issued for those in need.
