Mental health and suicide prevention

Not reaching out for help is a stereotype I cannot understand,
When 75% of Canadian suicides are committed by a man.
It's scary how a friend can quickly turn into someone we remember,
So I plan to help prevent that, by taking a stance this November.
My 'stache will be so atrocious, you may find it funny,
But what I lack in hairs, I'll make up in raising money.
