Our Motivation

People need people.

That’s what this community has been built around from day one.

We’ve already seen what can happen when people show up together.

In September, we stacked more than 5.6 million steps.

In October, thousands of wins across health, relationships, mindset, purpose and everyday life.

Now we want to take that same energy and put it behind something that matters.

This November, Breaking Barriers is going after:

10,000 MILES FOR MEN’S HEALTH.

Walk.
Run.
Bike.
Row.
Swim.

Every mile counts toward one big community total.

Men and women are both part of this.

For the husbands.
The dads.
The brothers.
The sons.
The friends.
And the men in our lives who might be carrying more than they say.

We’re raising money and awareness for Movember while seeing how far this community can move together in one month.

Move with us.

Donate if you can.

Share it.

Tell your story.

Check in on someone.

We’ve already proven what happens when people show up together.

Now let’s see what kind of impact we can make.

10,000 miles. One community. People need people.
