Paul, Ismael, and Manda joined me on the last day of Abs for Movember! There were a lot of squats involved. I don't know why people love squats so much. Thanks for joining me on my first ever Movember participation challenge! ^_^ I don't think I have abs though.

I was going to continue with Sydney's Dirty 30s, but it required weights for upper body exercises, and I didn't have the weights. So Eugene, Manda, and I went back to Pamela Reif's upper body workout, and I don't recall it being so hard!! Good grief, you'd think I'd get better at these things, but no!

Manda joined for this 50 minute workout. It was brutal. I think it was the first time I almost felt like throwing up!

Manda joined me in day 2. This one had weights, and the instructor was double my weights since I don't have many weights to choose from. I thought it would be too easy. I was wrong.

We're back, and now we're going to start at 7:30am to give us more time! Today, we start someone new, Sydney Cummings, and we'll stick with her for the rest of this week. I liked today's workout. No burpees, and not as many squats. There were donkey kicks though, that was new. And cool.
