We know that keeping active is important and being proactive about your health is a large part of that. To help keep you healthy during the hairy month we've put together a series of events across the country to that are FREE to all registered Mo Bros and Mo Sistas. We've partnered up with gyms, studios and instructors across the country to offer you free classes to help your bi's, tri's, pecks and thighs stay as healthy as that fine Mo!

Feel inspired to have your own Healthy Mo activity? Organize and send our way! We'll share the mo love with our community.


November 22nd
One hour power flow in support of mousatche's everywhere! The event will be held at The Great Hall, Toronto’s historic concert venue located at 1087 Queen Street West. Join us in the main hall as yogi, Michelle Rugole and DJ Arrogahnz will help guide us through a powerful Vinyasa Flow. $20 per spot, all proceeds to Movember.

November 24th
Outdoor Yoga on the Gridiron with Grey Cup Champion Andre Talbot!
Come join us with our friends at the Grey Cup Festival as Grey Cup Champion Andre Talbot conducts an outdoor yoga class on the City Hall football field…yep, you heard me correctly!

The Yoga Loft
The yoga classes will be male focused, with poses and stretches that will be Mo Bro friendly. From 1st timers to seasoned yogis MOGA is for every Mo.

Movember Moga Flow
Leane Toth and Deanna Di Carlo will be leading a Movember inspired Power Yoga Jam Class to raise awareness for Movember.  Show up in your tightest and brightest yoga gear and get ready to shake your asana!  Whoever has the best stache and/or beard will win a 5 Class Pass to our studio.

Event Descriptor: We will be leading Mo Bros and Mo Sistas through a Mo-inspiring, flow jam class to celebrate the end of Movember & support the cause!

Crossfit Closer (Movember WOD)
Crossfit is strength and conditioning program designed to create a “broad, general, inclusive fitness”. What this means is that by practicing CrossFit on a regular basis your body and mind will become more and more prepared for any physical task that life may throw at you.
