Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. I'm raising funds and awareness for all the dads, brothers, sons and other men in our lives. Around the world, men die on average six years younger than women and for largely preventable reasons. By 2030, Movember's goal is to reduce the number of men dying prematurely by 25%.

Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Please donate and help me stop men from dying too young.
