Hey everyone!

Thanks for stopping by our page. Whether you are here to help out the cause, or to laugh at some greasy staches, we appreciate it :). This year, we wanted to do our part in ending the stigma around mens mental health. Whether it is simply raising awareness, or donating a couple bucks for charity, we thought it would be a good idea to spread some positivity in the crazy world we live in. Everyone has experienced the impact of mental health issues through family, friends, and on a personal level, but rarely, do we ever talk about it. Our goal for this month, is to further educate ourselves on the topic of mental health, remind others to do the same, and to always be available for those needing someone to talk to.
