Movember is almost here! In order to get my sweat moustache going, I plan to climb 12 flights of stairs per day/ 60 per week (for those aware of my current habit, this amounts to 4 extra flights per morning/20 per week). Haven't done the due diligence on pain and suffering to find out what it's worth but hope somebody out there thinks it worth a donation to Men's health; Which is important to me because at least half the people I know and love are men!
