Our Motivation

After a 20-year courageous battle against cancer, The Elvis Brigade lost our main inspiration last March when Gord Tovell passed away peacefully surrounded by his immediate family and his 4-legged chemotherapy companion, Elvis. He fought hard, but after a 20 year battle with cancer, he needed to rest. To honour the incredible man that he was, we join forces once again this year to renew our fundraising efforts to help fight cancer and to promote men's health. The Elvis Brigade consists of Gord's son, Dave Tovell, and his three son-in-laws: Reid Findlay, Duane Millar (a cancer survivor himself), and Geoff Milne. Help us raise awareness around men's health. And wouldn't it be something to kick cancer's butt!
